CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
– Receive, appraise and report on the client brief

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
– Schematic design development space planning and concept development
– Development of proposed circulation pattern for each space
– Prepare a broad outline showing intended space provisions, planning relationships, standards of materials intended to be used and standards and suitability of services, in sufficient detail, to enable the concept to be approved.
– Present, preliminary furniture and finish ideas are developed in a mood board layout and digitally presented to the clients for review DETAILING
-With the holistic interior design scheme finalized, we develop any custom features and furniture
– Provide tangible sample boards showing all suggested finishes and fittings illustrated on a mood board
DRAWINGS AND DOCUMENTATION
-In preparation for construction, we develop layout plans, sections, elevations, finishing schedules, as well as construction and shopfitting documentation, including detailing of services, ceilings and co-ordination with HVAC and sprinkler systems.
PROCUREMENT
– Consultations with suppliers to find out what is available in the market at a competitive price
– Provide estimated costs in relation to the budget (finishes schedule)
– Preparing documents for tender processes, we acquire offers for the work to be done.
– Co-ordinate all processing and payments of accounts with regards to purchasing furniture and paying subcontractors and contractors
INSTALLATION AND QUALITY ASSURANCE
– Designer is onsite to ensure items are received in good condition and on time – The designer managers the site and constantly inspects the work being done by the contractor is of high standard
– Walls preparation takes place for wallpaper to be applied -Furniture installed in regards to the layout
-Styling takes place using decorative accessories and flowers -compile a thorough snag list of potential design issues, before conducting a final walk-through and handover
– Handover the site to the client along with the necessary guarantees
